What We Do

The Wordsmith Bureau is a New Zealand based enterprise specialising in the creation of written material for a broad range of applications. It came to exist in reaction to a demand for professionally written material, produced both promptly and economically. This demand comes largely from individuals who know precisely the message they wish to convey, but for a variety of reasons are not the right people to put the words together. Frequently, this is due to the simple fact that their time is better spent on other aspects of their business, whilst others have resigned themselves to not being entirely gifted in a literary way. Still others have found that their piece requires an outside perspective, or outsourced specialist information.

What others read about us, and from us, is often their first introduction to us, and can form lasting impressions. The Team at The Wordsmith Bureau recognise the role that professionally created written material can play in dictating how the world regards us. Well balanced, informative, and easy-to-read pieces are what The Wordsmith Bureau specialises in, and tireless attention to detail is what drives the policy of zero tolerance on spelling and grammatical errors.

Take a look in The Library to check out examples of The Wordsmith Bureau’s work, or poke your head into Meeting Room 1 to see what whoever is awake in there might be discussing. Click on the drop-down menu of the ‘What We Do’ tab for more detail, or if your idea doesn’t fit any of those, we’d love to hear from you. The Wordsmith Bureau can offer an overnight service for northern hemisphere clients. The Wordsmith Bureau charges on either a per word basis, or as an hourly rate, depending on the type of work undertaken.
